| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the use of Hybrid Single Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory (HYSPLIT) model back-trajectories and the Spatial Synoptic Classification (SSC) of air masses for the northern Shenandoah Valley in U.S. Examined trajectory distributions show significant overlap between trajectories linked with different air mass types. It suggests that using both measures better show the environmental conditions rooms that affect pollutant concentrations than use them separately. |
