Abstrakt: A definition of the term "Noise and Statutory Nuisances Act 1993" (NSNA) is presented. NSNA amends the provisions embedded in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) relating to noise nuisance in Great Britain. Under the act, noise is considered as a statutory nuisance if it is emitted from premises so as to be prejudicial to health.
