| Abstrakt: | Information about the breach of statutory duty of care is presented. Under the definition of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the breach of a statutory duty of care causes a criminal liability. This case addresses the handling of waste where all waste holders have a statutory duty of care in respect of waste, irrespective of whether they hold or require a Waste Management Licence. |
