The article focuses on the opposition of Liz Hodgson and Dave Burnett, residents of Curio Bay in New Zealand, to the proposed development of a dairy farm in the area. It expresses the concern of Hodgson and Burnett that the farm's potential for pollution was huge. Hodgson stresses that the Porpoise and Curio bays are among the country's cleanest beaches. It adds that milk tankers would add to the deterioration of roads and be another hazard. |
