Abstrakt: The article presents a study that examines the composition of Chinese blue and white porcelain. In this study, the chemical compositions of these valuable art samples were determined using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometry, a non-destructive method. Some of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Furthermore, the EDXRF results were subjected to correspondence analysis. Differences in the composition of the specimen bodies were found for specimens from various production sites.
