The article analyzes the Economist Nicholas Stern's review on the economic climate changes. Stern focused on several issues including, whether or not climate changes is a serious and urgent issue, whether or not Africa is already experiencing the damaging effect of greater climate variability and changes, and whether or not technology and economic instruments are crucial. He confirmed the Great Britain's energy policy. He suggested fixing the perceived market failure by a mechanism that can reduce emissions. |
