Abstrakt: Several charts are presented depicting statistics on petroleum supply, demand and production in the U.S. as of June 2006. The total petroleum imports were estimated at 14.1 million barrels per day, a one percent lower than in May 2006 rate. An estimated of 20.8 million barrels per day were supplied for domestic use. The motor gasoline product was recorded at 9.5 million barrels daily, a two percent higher than in May.
