Abstrakt: The article features Geoff Sayers and his meat business. Geoff Sayers who grew up in Carswell farm studied agricultural economics at Edinburgh University in Scotland. But Sayers, first chose to have a career in investment banking. In 1998, Sayers decided to go back to Carswell and put up a meat business. According to Sayers, the meat they offer live up to its brand name, Well Hung Meat. Their lamb is hung for three weeks, lamb pork for one week and chicken for five days. Sayers supports ethical consumerism. He firmly believes that customers are prepared to pay more if the product being offered has better quality.
