| Abstrakt: |
The relationship between employee motivation elements and job satisfaction in the pulp sector is examined in this paper. The Krishnagiri district's fruit pulp industry was the focus of the empirical investigation. 120 respondents who worked for the chosen companies made up the sample. Data processing was done with SPSS 21.0. package, which was used to calculate the factor analysis and perform a typical multiple regression analysis. The findings show a strong relationship between employee work satisfaction and motivational factors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
