The article discusses research which compared the greenness exposure quantified with traditional residential buffers and novel mobility-based estimates from smartphone global positioning systems (GPS). Cited are how mobility-based greenness was calculated, the three mobility-based Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) metrics that were developed by the study, and finding which suggests the presence of nondifferential measurement error in residential measures of greenness. |
