Topics explored include the third-party access to court records addressed in the case Friends of the Irish Environment Ltd. v Commissioner for Environmental Information, the alleged infringement of EU law involved in the case Czech Republic v Poland, and the greenhouse gas emission allowances under the EU emission trading scheme held by the CJEU. |
