In the article, the author discusses issues and threats posed by cybersecurity crimes like cyberattacks against players in the energy sector and the obligations of energy and natural resource attorneys in helping mitigate said risks. Also cited are the move by cyber criminals to attack law firms to steal sensitive data of their clients, and the lawyers' responsibilities under the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rules of Professional Conduct. |
