In order to remove cadmium in Nansi Lake basin farmland surface runoff, biochar was prepared from waste platane branches, and its preparation conditions were modified and optimized with graphene. The results showed that the adsorption effect of modified platane branches was better. The kinetic process of adsorption was more consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation, and the reaction was mainly chemical adsorption. The Freundlich and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model both fitted well under 25°C, indicating an adsorption monolayer and multilayer adsorption mechanism. Under 35 °C, when the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model performed better when fitting unmodified biochar relative to modified biochar, which were both fitted well by the two models. Under 45 °C, the Freundlich isothermal adsorption model performed better and the fact indicated a mainly multilayer adsorption mechanism. The results of adsorption thermodynamics showed that the adsorption process is endothermic. In the pH range of 4 to 6, the adsorption capacity increased the fastest by 0.6-0.7 mg/g. The optimal biochar dosage was 4 g/L. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
