Abstrakt: Phosphorus (P) pollution leads to severe eutrophication of natural water. In this study, an engineering bacterium, gfp-CL-1-PPK, was cultured and fixed by magnetic porous cellulose acetate microspheres (Fe3O4-PCAM). Then the immobilized bacteria (Fe-PCAM-PAOs) were used to remove P from the simulated wastewater. The factors for P-removal using Fe-PCAM-PAOs, such as the initial P concentration (C0), pH, temperature (T), the inoculation amount (M) and the volume of simulated wastewater (V) were all detected by the orthogonal test. Results shows that the importance order of factors for P-removal efficiency was V > T > pH, which provide support for P-removal of constructed wetlands in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
