Abstrakt:	In the article, the author discusses the concept of extended producer responsibility to address issues on waste management and environmental stewardship. Also cited are the worsening problem of ocean pollution and microplastics, how the extraction, harvesting and use of materials caused environmental issues like loss of habitat and greenhouse gas emissions, and the growing focus on product design and materials conservation to address waste issues.
