Abstrakt: The article presents the response of authors to comments on their 2022 study of data from the high-throughput (HT) H295R screening of 656 chemicals in concentration-purpose. Topics discussed include the miscalculation of the fraction of positives on the chemicals, and the overall reproducibility among replicates that adds to data reliability. Also noted is the use of the analysis of variance-based method to determine the chemical-hormone hit-call instead of the ToxCast automatic data.
