Abstrakt: The study is to explore the characteristics of different degrees of air pollution and its influence on athletes' outdoor training cardiopulmonary function. The three typical weathers of "continuous cloudy days", "continuous sunny days" and "sunny days after rain" throughout the year in northern my country from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected to comprehensively analyze the changes in air pollution and PM2.5 concentration laws and meteorological factors, etc. A total of 100 athletes (experimental group) and 100 non-athletes (control group) were selected. The athletes in the experimental group experience these three typical weathers, and the control group does not experience. Then study measured the cardiopulmonary functions of the experimental group and the control group. The results are shown: (1) In terms of time, the air pollution degree of the three weathers "continuous cloudy days", "sunny days after rain", and "continuous sunny days" increased from high to low; (2) the highest concentration of PM2.5 in the whole year is in December and January, and the lowest is in April and August; (3) Within 24 hours, the PM2.5 concentration shows a trend that the morning is higher than the afternoon; (4) Spatially, the PM2.5 content is the highest in the lawn. It has the lowest content in arbor bush grass; (5) Meteorological factors temperature and wind speed are negatively correlated with PM2.5 concentration, and humidity is positively correlated with PM2.5 concentration; (6) The degree of air pollution is directly proportional to the size of the athlete's outdoor training cardiopulmonary function damage. In conclusion, this study conducted a study on air pollution levels, PM2.5 concentration changes, and meteorological factors in northern my country from January 2019 to January 2020, and conducted a preliminary discussion on the cardiopulmonary function impairment of outdoor training athletes.
