Abstrakt: B T b he topic of water resources is vast in its diversity and complexity as well as its integration with all components of the environment. If we are to meet the needs of our changing world and society, it will require the full extension enterprise (including Cooperative Extension, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Sea Grant College Program, and the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Water Resources Research Institutes and Centers, among others).
