Distiller's grains after steam explosion pretreatment as raw material, the effects of different enzymatic hydrolysis conditions on the content of reducing sugar were studied. Based on single factor experiment and response surface optimization, the optimal enzymatic conditions for influencing the reducing sugar content were determined as follows: temperature 46°C, pH 5.2, cellulase dosage 52mg/g. Under these conditions, the maximum content of reducing sugar content is expected to be 144.91 mg/g, and the actual content of reducing sugar content is measured to be 145.98 mg/g. Based on scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), analysis of the raw materials and steam explosion materials before and after enzymatic hydrolysis showed, steam explosion can effectively destroy the surface structure of distiller's Grains and the crystalline structure of cellulose, making the surface of distiller's Grains rough; when the crystalline structure of cellulose is destroyed, it facilitates contact with cellulase, thereby increasing the yield of enzymatic reducing sugar.
