It is of great significance to study and analyze the relationship between energy consumption, environmental pollution emission and regional economic growth, so as to realize the harmonious development of energy-environment-economy, promote macroeconomic regulation and control, optimize energy structure and improve ecological environment. This study takes each region of Guangdong Province as the research object, establishes the spatial regression coefficient model of energy consumption, environmental pollution and regional economic growth, and uses the geographically weighted regression analysis method to deeply analyze the spatial change characteristics of energy-environment-regional economic growth in Guangdong Province during 2005-2019 from the perspective of spatial effect. The results show that the spatial regression coefficient of energy consumption decreases year by year with time, the regression index of maximum energy consumption decreases from 2.9536 to 2.5349, and the influence degree of energy consumption on regional economic growth shows a decreasing trend year by year. The regression coefficient of regional pollution emission (industrial waste gas) gradually changed from negative effect (-2.169) in 2005 to positive effect(0.514) in 2010, and each region gradually showed a win win development trend of economic growth and environmental protection. The influence of industrial structure on regional economic growth varies from region to region, and the leading forms of industrial structure are also quite different in different regions. The secondary industries in the east, west and northern region except the Pearl River Delta region still need to be continuously optimized to further improve the efficiency of energy use, enhance the supervision of environmental governance and further promote the harmonious development of energy, environment and economic growth.
