The article focuses on the sustainability for accessible storage in the Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library made by Henry Francis du Pont. It discusses the history of this cultural property which has research library, collection of decorative arts objects, historic home and museum galleries, the need for developing the method for collection care, trying to improve the accessibility to storage spaces and attaining viability for the institution by accessing social sustainability. It also talks about the process led by project leadership team for curatorial, registration and conservation fellows. |
