The article reports the gaining popularity of the so-called park prescriptions as of October 2015. The said prescription refers to exposing individuals, especially the children, to nature in order to improve their health. However, it notes that further studies are needed to determine which nature impart these benefits and how much exposure an individual needs in order to achieve improved health. |
