Abstrakt: The article offers suggestions on how to reduce food wastage. It suggests planning meals in advance and using leftovers, as well as freezing foods and preserving herbs to reduce wastage. It also discusses using leftovers to feed animals, reusing cooking oil, and freezing eggs and milk. Using fruit pulp for salad, and leftover meat in sandwiches, and making jams from leftover fruits are also discussed.
