Abstrakt: In the article, the author discusses the importance of a master's education in library science in the future of librarianship. Also cited are her own experiences as a library worker who became a library school faculty by taking up a master's degree in library science (MLS), as well as how they created a community focused in providing support to access of information and enjoyment of media, build communities, and develop skills and resilience among people.
