Diploma thesis devotes to design of detached house with a commercial space, made for business. Living area is solved as single-family house, for four, five-member family. Integral part of thesis is a design documentation consisting of drawings and text part, which is devoting to individual structural properties, technical amenities, energy performance certificate with a thermal assessment of structural design. Specialization of thesis is the daylighting, sunlight and insolation study of designed house and surrounding buildings. |
