The diploma thesis deals with the changes of the Czech agriculture and their consequences on the changes in the entrepreneurial environment of farmers in the Czech Republic, caused by the development after the Velvet Revolution in 1989, but also the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union and subsequent adoption of the rules of the Common Agricultural Policy. The work characterizes the state of agriculture and the development of the environment of primary agricultural production after the nineties in the framework of crop production, as a prerequisite for the analysis of the links between changes in the business environment of the agrarian sector and decisions of agricultural producers on the structure of crop production. After analyzing the production structure and economic situation of the selected farm, it was evaluated that changes in the business environment were reflected in the decision-making on the production structure of crop production. Specifically, the decision on the selection of cultivated crops, the intensification of crop production and the establishment of supplier-customer relationships have changed. |
