| Popis: | The thesis is dealing with the proposal and processing of project documentation of the Wipeout hotel with the wellness. The proposed object is located in the uptown of Jedovnice. It is a four-storey basement building with vegetation roof and five pitched gabled roofs. The object is visually divided into two parts. The first part is covered with a chipped stone facade. The second part is covered with ventilated facade of wooden blocks of Nordic pine. The foundations of the building are reinforced concrete. Framework, peripheral and dividing walls are designed from POROTHERM system. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The visual idea is the Nordic style, that fits into the surrounding landscape. The object consists of three operating parts namely a restaurant, wellness centre and temporary accommodation. |
