| Popis: | 107 This research is mainly focusing on an automatic egg fried machine system controlled by “Arduino Mega”. Arduino Mega is dedicated to delicious egg making. The user can cook egg on multiple levels by selecting the cooking level of the egg at which the egg is cooked. The system will automatically adjust the parameters of heating time to deliver the required egg. This machine is divided into three parts: The first part is an egg storage box with cooling chips. The storage box helps to keep the eggs fresh and extend the expiry date. The second part is a combination of the eggshell peeling machine and drawer type eggshell storage box. In this section, the system utilize the linkage mechanisms with screw to peel off the eggshell. Both the egg yolk and whites fall into the pot, and the eggshell will fall into the eggshell storage box automatically. Finally, the third part is an egg heating zone, which contains the moving platform and the heating platform. The system will cook the egg according to the adjusted time and then automatically sends the cooked egg out of the machine after it is completed. This system in this paper mainly works with microprocessor to control various mechanisms to complete the automatic egg drop, egg shell peeling, automatic egg cooking, and cooked egg delivery. It allows the user to select the desired cooking level of the egg in three stages including medium, medium-well, and well-done. |
