Generally speaking, air-conditioning energy consumption usually is the largest in the buildings, and it is the most obvious in summer that the proportion of air-conditioning energy consumption is huge. In summer, the proportion can reach up to 40%~50% of the total building power consumption. Decreasing the cooling water temperature or increasing the temperature of the ice water by 1 degree C can reduce the energy consumption of the ice water mechanical host by 2.5%~3%. If the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling system is improved, the energy consumption of the ice water mechanical host can be reduced by about 20%. This study will use environmentally friendly physical activators to analyze the energy consumption of the ice water mechanical host. The activator which has strong penetrating power due to its oscillation is a stainless steel bottle equipped with a high-oscillating 3 nm pure water .Penetrating the filth attached to the pipe wall of the circulation system, the condenser and the cooling tower, then gradually decomposing and dropping the filth, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser to reduce the energy consumption of the ice water mechanical host. The experimental method of the research, under the cooling tower is in normal operation, first establishing the power consumption model of the ice water mechanical host, then put the activator into the host for about one year, then simulate and compare by collected model parameters. It is known from the comparison that the power consumption of the cooling tower with activator equipped is average 2.6% reduced in one year.
