Popis: | 107 The Taoyuan Culture Foundation is a privately funded organization with 50% of it financed by the Taoyuan city government. The Taoyuan mayor presides as Chairman of the foundation Their mission is to enhance culture knowledge and the quality of life and development of the community. With the help of government subsidies, the arts and culture functions are carried out and promoted, while the community also is enriched. In practice, the municipal government is entrusted and subsidized to carry out the cultural activities and work on in-depth cultivation with creative industries Beginning on January 1, 2017, the company began to entrust the operation of the public library business and the implementation of assistance in the film and television shooting and development center. The Culture Foundation carries out different business operations as well as organizational expansion. The issue of organizational change occurs in the way the organization operates and not only in the individual. Strategically organized management, specific goals, and assessment of social influence are needed so that each project can be done swiftly and efficiently and so that organizational changes do not cause drastic changes that affect how the organization functions. Change management ensures that project solutions are effectively accepted, adopted, and used by people. This study selected the Taoyuan Culture Foundation as a case study, through in-depth interviews with the CEO of the Cultural Foundation, and the cultural analysis of the Cultural Foundation over the years and the performance of each project, including personnel, structural and technical adjustments, and the core of the organization. Research is based on literature analysis, in-depth interview, and participation in observation and research. The results of this study show that the Taoyuan Culture Foundation, through organizational change formulates strategies based on the environmental conditions at the time, and revising strategies through implementation and adjusting to maximize and create social influence. |
