Popis: | 107 In this thesis, a digital pulse width modulation control voltage conversion circuit is developed. The digital pulse width modulation control is realized by a programmable logic array (FPGA) and integrated with the PCB circuit board of the DC buck converter. Then, the digital pulse width modulator is used in the TSMC 180nm process to design the wafer using the Cell-Based Design Flow design method, and finally integrated and measured with the PCB circuit board of the DC buck converter. Simulation this article uses ModelSim and MATLAB/Simulnk software tools for system integration simulation to verify its functional correctness. In the experimental aspect, the Altera DE2-115 development system using FPGA/CPLD or embedded system uses the hardware description language (Verilog) to complete the digital circuit system design. Finally, the experimental measurements show that the input voltage can be reduced from 1.8 volts to 3.3 volts to 0.8 volts to 2.5 volts. When operating at an input voltage of 3.3 volts and an output voltage of 1.8 volts, the output ripple voltage is 100 millivolts and the conversion rate is 86.5%. |
