Canvass, ask the intersection of baby and in the center can replace the family, support 24 hour, assist women military appointment personnel to assist it to make the equilibrium between work and family because of the conflict working with family, set up the stable and good working environment of settling down, settling down, improve the work performance of women military appointment personnel, increase country''s army''s whole fighting capacity. The result of study is found: 1.There are four needs that hold baby''s center in six interviewees in 24 hours. 2.Positive to add and divide the efficiency. 3. Ask baby''s organization not to improve women soldier''s mother''s joining rate of work unless establish and trust the relation. 4.The uncertain infant looks after the resignation rate which increases women soldier''s mother safely. |
