| Popis: | 107 The procurement law is the basic principle for the purchase of procurement personnel of public institutions. It is necessary to have a certain degree of understanding when purchasing, to avoid the loss of the unit due to its own negligence. Therefore, how to reduce the pressure on procurement personnel, increase the centripetal force of the unit colleagues, and thus re-duce the turnover rate of personnel, and effectively complete the procurement tasks delivered by the unit. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the satisfaction of the pur-chasing staff of military organization. It is hoped that the research direction will be deter-mined through the discussion and collation of related literatures, and the factors affecting the satisfaction of the purchasing staff of military organs will be analyzed by means of question-naire design. The research is based on the research results, and based on the results of the re-search, follow-up conclusions and recommendations are proposed to provide a reference for the military procurement of human resources management in the future. |
