Popis: | 107 Married female immigrant micro-entrepreneurs are the research object of this study, which is designed to explore the career journey of their micro-entrepreneurship. The purpose of the study is to examine the motivation of married female immigrant micro-entrepreneurs and determine the barriers they encounter when starting/running their micro-entrepreneurial business. The responses of the six married female immigrant micro-entrepreneurs when they encounter problems in operating their small business are discussed, as well as how their later success as a micro-entrepreneur improved and enhanced their mental, physical and financial well-being. The study is based on the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET) research method and a metaphorical analysis of the results of the well-being of micro-entrepreneurs derived from in-depth interviews and images/pictures relevant to these married female immigrants. |
