The Key Factors Affecting the Parents of Young Children to Choose Private Kindergartens – The New Taipei City as an Example Abstract In recent years, the number of newborns in Taiwan has decreased by nearly half, resulting in a clear oversupply of kindergartens, which has had a great impact on the management of the kindergarten. This study takes New Taipei City private kindergartens as an example to understand the current situation and relevance of the choice factors of kindergartens in private kindergartens in New Taipei City. From the analysis of the main contents of the children's parents who choose different kindergartens to choose kindergartens, And the factors that the parents of children who analyze different background variables consider the choice of kindergarten. After obtaining the theoretical basis, a questionnaire was prepared and questionnaires were collected to collect information related to the topic. Finally, the integrated research data, the conclusions and recommendations, and the completion of the research paper. This study mainly uses two research methods, such as "literature analysis method" and "questionnaire survey method". The tool is based on the questionnaire "Influencing children's parents to choose private kindergartens". The questionnaire is for private kindergartens in New Taipei City. Parents conducted a study. In this study, a total of 500 questionnaires were sent and 457 were collected. The recovery rate was 91%. Excluding the invalid questionnaires, the effective questionnaires were 405, and the effective rate was 88%. The study obtained the following conclusions to “Environmental Equipment”. The level is the most important factor for parents, "safety and convenience" and "course", which are ranked second and third. This study found that although curriculum and teaching are not the first priority factors, they still occupy part of the factors affecting parents' choice. The content of kindergarten curriculum should be suitable for children's learning needs and interests, suitable for children's physical and mental development needs, and enrich children's Life experience, these directions to design arrangements, in the big class to be a small one to provide a small one convergence course, to do in these directions, so that parents can choose the ideal kindergarten to attend.
