Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study is to adopt qualitative research methods to explore the content of instructional decision-making made by kindergarten teachers during project approach, and to examine the factors that influence them, and reflect on the implications. This study takes the investigator's own project approach as an example, interviews three research subjects, and supplements the collection of related documents.The research subjects taught in a kindergarten that mainly implements project approach, and they have senior experience in project approach. In the process of the study, the general teaching framework of “M.A.K.E.R.” proposed by Gary D Fenstermacher & Jonas F. Soltis (2009) was used as the theoretical basis for the study, and further analysis and deconstruction of relevant data were performed. Results of study found: First,instructional decision-making have characteristics of complex and diverse. 1. With the common viewpoints of teaching, different teacher beliefs result in different contents of instructional decision-making 2. Instructional decision-makings made by teachers also summarizing the cross-cutting effects of various factors. Second, instructional decision-making has the characteristics of flexible space. 1. The teacher will decide or adjust the instructional decision-making according to the customary mode of thinking. 2. Instructional decision-making by the teacher in the teaching process will be changed at any time. Based on the above research results, the study proposes several suggestions for kindergarten teachers, school education, and institutions of teachers training,that to make a broader perspective on the Instructional decision-making made by kindergarten teachers during project approach teaching. |
