In today's competitive environment, the "service" has become a niche to create competitive advantage, more and more the face of customer service needs, in order to maintain good customer relations to the pursuit of sustained competitive advantage, the need to provide more in line withquality of service users need to improve customer satisfaction. The target is a bank in Taichung, Taiwan, and the response rate was 100% with 300 valid questionnaires. Based on the information collected from the measures of quality of financial services, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, and the evidence-based study, the results are as follows. 1.Service quality and customer satisfaction reveal positive relationship. 2.Customer satisfaction and continuous usage intention reveal positive relationship.
