The purpose of this study is to gain insight into the caregiving experience of dementia caregivers in taking care of their relatives with heterosexual dementia and to use qualitative research methods to conduct in-depth interviews using a semi-structured interview outline Taking the perspective of gender role as the main axis, and using the method of grounded theory to conduct research and analysis to show the main experience. Specifically, the investigators analyzed the care experience of dementia caregivers from the perspectives of nine caregivers based on data collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews. The results of the study are summarized as follows: Care for drowsiness includes: the cared do not like bathing, caregivers are vulnerable to lack of training, and caregivers are increased due to peripheral symptoms and psychiatric symptoms resulting from dementia characteristics And sacrifice the plight of work. Motivation for willingness to take care of a caring responsibility motivation includes: the relationship between caregivers and the cared, the impact of social norms, and the mastery of religious beliefs. Taking care of the impact of the de-mentally handicapped relatives on caregivers includes both positive and negative effects, while positive impacts can alleviate the negative impact of caring for the caregivers. In support of the reasons for continuing to go down, showing the importance of social support for the care work. In addition, men and women are motivated to take care of differently in terms of gender differences. Women tend to cater to the expectations of the community while men tend to be biased, but both have a loving component in them. At the end of the article, the contribution and limitations of the study are described, and specific suggestions to the central competent authority and local authorities are put forward according to the real needs of respondents.
