Research on Team Implementation for Unmanned Aircraft System Army of Republic of China in Digital Environment

| Popis: | 107 In a modern digital environment, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are widely used for livelihood and military purposes. This study explores the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) and performance in team implementation on team effectiveness in achieving team tasks for members of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) army of the Republic of China (ROC). Questionnaire survey was applied to investigate the team members of U.A.S. army of the ROC and 200 valid questionnaires here collected. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed to test the model and research hypotheses. The results of this study are as follows: (1)OCB has positive effect on team implementation, (2)Team implementation has positive effect on team effectiveness, (3)Team implementation plays an important mediating role between OCB and team effectiveness, (4)Workload as a disturbance variable has no significant effect on the adjustment of team implementation and team effectiveness, (5)Self-efficacy as a disturbance variable has no significant effect on the adjustment of team implementation and team effectiveness, (6)Workload has positive effect on team effectiveness, (7)self-efficacy has positive effect on team effectiveness. Finally, the results of this study provide several academic and practical recommendations for the future research. |
