The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships among using behavior of 3C products, information literacy, information technology integrated into teaching, and teaching creativity of elementary schools teachers in Tainan city. Subjects of the study are the teachers from public elementary schools in Tainan City. Research tool is the self-made questionnaire─The Research on the Relationships among Using Behavior of 3C Products, Information Literacy, Information Technology Integrated into Teaching, and Teaching Creativity of Elementary Schools Teachers. These questionnaires were systematically studied via descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Finally, make the conclusion from the result, and bring up the suggestion. The result of the research is analyzed as follows. 1. In elementary schools in Tainan, the time, preferences, efficiency, operability of 3C products, and recommendation of 3C products of the teachers’ 3C uisng behavior belong to the intermediate level. 2. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ information literacy, information technology integrated into teaching, and teaching creativity belong to the high-intermediate level. 3. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ 3C uisng behavior is obviously variable on the age, years of teaching, job position, and scale of school. 4. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ information literacy is obviously variable on the age and years of teaching. 5. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ information technology integrated into teaching is not obviously variable on their backgrounds. 6. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ teaching creativity is obviously variable on the age, years of teaching and job position. 7. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ 3C using behavior to information literacy and information technology integrated into teaching are both obviously positive correlations. 8. In elementary schools in Tainan, the teachers’ information literacy and information technology integrated into teaching to teaching creativity are both obviously positive correlations.
