| Popis: | 106 According to 2017 Jinhua hotel market survey and 2014 i-Buzz online wedding market survey data. Taiwan's wedding banquet market is characterized by M-type. Newcomers have the dominance of determining the style of wedding banquets, wedding banquet venues, styles, dishes and service quality, etc., which are the most important projects for Taiwanese married couples. Under the trend of fewer children, the reduction of the number of wedding banquets and the fierce competition in the market, whether or not we can understand the service quality and satisfaction of consumers at wedding banquets is an important indicator of business performance. This study review past studies about service quality and satisfaction in order to clarify the relationship of service quality and satisfaction. The questionnaire designed is adopted domestic and foreign questionnaire and the true situation. 330 respondents whom ever visited bright moon wedding banquet hall were received via online questionnaire. The results show below. The result of descriptive statistic shows. Chef cooking skill, ingredients and creative ingenuity are the service quality items that respondents like most; taste, equipment and decoration, craftsmanship and service quality are the most satisfaction items of respondents. The regression result shows. Service quality can positive influence satisfaction. In the background difference of respondents, the respondents' background variables have little difference in the perception of service quality and satisfaction. The study provides the following suggestions: focus on the tangible display of the wedding banquet hall; the wedding banquet hall should market the master's craftsmanship, ingredients and creative ingenuity; provide online or physical marketing activities on the online fan group. |
