The purpose of this study was to understand the teachers in the relationship among workplace friendship, psychological safety and work burnout, The samples were obtained from jounir high school teachers in New Taipei City in Taiwan. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed and 343 sets of questionnaires were returned, including ineffective questionnaires 24 sets. The effective questionnaires are 319 sets and the effective returns-ration is 70.8%. Hence, data from the effective questionnaires were being analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis According to the research results are the following findings: 1.Workplace friendship and job burnout significantly is negative impact. That is, when teachers of the workplace friendship the higher the degree of cognitive support, lower job burnout. 2.A significant positive impact, workplace friendship and psychological safety is. That is, teachers of workplace friendship the higher the degree of cognitive support, will be the higher of psychological safety. 3.Psychological safety significant negative impact on job burnout. That is, psychological safety of teachers full higher the burnout will be. lower. v 4.Psychological safety has partial mediating effect relationship between workplace friendship and job burnout. Noticeable Shows teachers of the degree of perceived workplace friendship and burnout will be sychological safety the effect of less tends to be negative
