Popis: | 106 The study aims at discussing when public sector taking active of employee assistance programs, how comes the employee’s cognition, satisfaction, demand and trust about the employee assistance programs. In the study we use depth interviews and questionnaire as the measure research. Object of study are supervisors, employee in Department of Fourth Maintenance Office, Directorate General of Highways, MOTC., and also staff in each personnel office. According to the analysis of interview and statistics of survey. The main results of the research are as follows: 1. Winning for the support of the employee assistance program by the heads of the managers. 2. Using attributes to set the employee assistance programs. 3. According to the demand of public sector and employee setting the employee assistance program. 4. Establish the warm and caring working environment. 5. Promote the professional ability of agency staff. 6. Enhance the importance of employee assistance programs. 7. Cross-agency collaboration may help resources sharing. |
