Popis: | 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) 106 Empirical Studies in the past have not been founded in regarding Taiwan construction developers to evaluation of intelligent building model, and also led to the motivation of this paper. The aim purpose of this paper is to apply expert decision method to evaluation the weight of intelligent building analysis framework. Thus, in this paper, intelligent building, multiple criteria decision making, intelligent building design demand literatures as the theoretical basis, and screened twelve Tainan construction developers for this paper. This paper adopted Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as research method, and applied AHP questionnaire to collect research data. According to the calculation results, the findings were as follows: 1.At the first level, the most important dimension was safety & security (weight=0.398), the second important dimension was energy management (weight=0.306), the third important dimension was health & comfort (weight=0.177). Intelligence innovation was the most unimportant dimension (weight=0.120). 2.At the second level, the top five assessment indicators ranked in the order as follow; access control system (integration weight=0.240), energy-saving technology (integration weight=0.180), emergency, disaster prevention and care systems (integration weight=0.107), indoor comfort systems (integration weight=0.085) and intelligence innovation concept (integration weight=0.073). |
