| Popis: | 105 After several attempts at communication without consensus, Mr. Lee finally realized that he was a minority of one. He decided to resign from the management team to ensure the interests and welfare of the employees. Even after his resignation from the management team, the customers still trusted him. Thus, he decided to take advantage of the situation and embarked on his second venture. He established a new and privately owned company. In this case, how could Mr. Lee overcome another entrepreneurship dilemma? This case study discusses the “partnership” and “business models” under different situation, for example, policies dealing with crises when the partnership changes. The situations discussed in this case study include the background and the process of starting a new business, the analysis on why Mr. Lee changed the management policies, and the development of an innovative secondary management mode of direct investment to ensure the implementation of his management concept.
