| Popis: | 104 The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of personality on the job stress and leisure participation of elementary school teachers. The teachers are classified according to their personality, and the relationship between the job pressure and leisure participation is discussed in each cluster of teacher.The research data is collected by questionnaire survey from elemetary school teachers. 210 questionnaire were distributed and 191 were valid. The questionnaires are analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and pearson’s chi-squared test.The result shows that the different personality traits of elementary school teachers have differences in job pressure. The different personality traits of elementary school teachers have differences in the leisure participation. The different personality traits of school teachers job pressure and related leisure participation.Finally, according to the findings raise educational administration offices, schools, teachers and suggestions for the future research. |
