Since the late 20th Century, some countries around the world began to follow a policy that British Government implemented in 1997s, named Cultural and Creative Industry Policy, such as Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, who are representatives of policy’s implementer in Asia. With the sustain from government and effort from people, both Mainland China and Taiwan emerge diverse and unique industry patterns. As a driving role of Cultural and Creative Industry and important space for hosting the activities of art and aesthetics aspect, Cultural and Creative park are of great significance in both Mainland China and Taiwan. At the end of 2015, there are 350 Cultural and Creative parks in Mainland China, and 5 in Taiwan. Among all of the Cultural and Creative parks in China, the industrial model park is the highest production value pattern. Taiwan as the pioneer of Cultural and Creative Industry in Chinese region, and Huashan 1914 Culture and Creative park make it possible to get profit in 2016, so its precious experiences in managing Cultural and Creative park is worth Mainland China to take examples from. This study will acquaint the development status of management of Culture and Creative Industry Park in both Mainland China and Taiwan via literature data analysis; meanwhile, use semi-structured deep interview method to gather interviewees’ data and triangulation means to code materials of management strategies aspect. It is for concluding how Huashan 1914 Culture and Creative Industry Park make profit after the years of losses, and the management strategies of Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Researcher hopes the summary pattern can be a reference substance as the basement for the future’ a research and the reference model for Mainland China’s executives and other relative alliances of park program and management.
