The output power of the solar cell changes with external circumstances and loading variations. In order to improve the efficiency of solar cell generator system and reduce costs, MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) must be taken into consideration when it comes to recharging controller of solar power generator system. The experiment uses 35W solar panel, single-chip microcomputer Arduino Uno as microcontroller, and IR2104 as the driver IC to control PWM (Pulse Width Modulation); it applies PWM to change the duty cycle of MOSFET so that the imput voltage of solar panels are changed. To multiply the rising or dropping output voltage and the electric current measured and then track the maximum power point. The experiment uses programmed operation and perturb and observe method and is based on the theory characteristic of the maximum solar cell power point ∆P/∆V=0 to track and control the maximum power point. Under the stable system, if the outpot power and the output voltage are ∆P/∆V>0, the system work is on the left of the maximum power, which means the duty cycle should be kept increasing to improve the output ratio of solar panels; if ∆P/∆V
