| Popis: | 105 The purpose of this study was to explore the relation of the recreational sports satisfaction and well-being between elementary school teachers in Yi-lan Country. This study was invesitigate the different of recreational sports satisfaction and well-being between gender, age, position, teaching years, marriage and class size. The study was utilized “recreational sports satisfaction questionnaire” and “well-being questionnaire”. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression. The findings of this study were summarized as following: 1、The recreational sports satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Yi-lan County was above average on Relaxation, Physiological, Educational, Psychological, Aesthetic, and Social. 2、The well-being of elementary school teachers in Yi-lan County was above average on Relationships, Self-affirmation, Life satisfaction, and Physical and mental health. 3、The elementary school teachers in Yi-lan county had significant differences on gender, age and class size of recreational sports satisfaction. 4、The elementary school teachers in Yi-lan county had no significant differences on each variage of well-being. 5、There was a positive correlation between recreational sports satisfaction and well-being. 6、The recreational sports satisfaction had significant prediction on well-being. |
