| Popis: | 104 At early stages, the finance and management system of Insurance Brokers Company are loose, but employees have increased from sixteen thousand people to eighty thousand people in 2013 since 2001.It equals that there are one manager out of four insurance employee. As a result, the Authorities have taken high supervision, set up the self-regulation and strengthened physique of Insurance Brokers company since 2011. To these days, the Insurance Brokers companies have been eliminated from 600 to 357. In views of that the authorities lay more emphasis on the management of Insurance Brokers companies, each business unit of Insurance Brokers companies become more important. The research is to discuss the performance in the Insurance Brokers business unit operating, which can be referenced by company units operating. Firstly of all, this study utilized the DEA (Data Envelope Analyze) to analyze the operational performance and the Malmquist Index (2012-2015) of a life insurance broker company to analyze the operational efficiency. From 2012 to 2015 there were number 3,5and 7 operating units got technical efficiency, the rest are not. Hope the analyzed result could provide the data as the reference for a life insurance broker company to improve the organization operation. Secondly, it shows that during the study, the variations of the technique and efficiencies of each operating units of the assessed insurance brokers companies we''re showing growth. It was resulted of the growth of the labor unit, the rise of the long-term care Insurance, market interest rate cut expected and a great flutist ion in the investment environment. The analyzed data can be taken as the improvement reference such as the training, selling skill, staff’s training, and even urge the revision of the regulation. We also hope the result can create the favorable operating environment and improve the margin of insurance broker companies. |
